LIST
Our price list is a general cost structure for
our design services. Each quote for services is made on a case-by-case
basis so we may accommodate a variety of clients with different
needs. Exact estimates are always free.
WEB
DESIGN FEES:
Design fees depend on how extensive
the website will be. The price for your project depends on various
factors, like the amount of pictures, pages, texts, tables,
functions, dynamic content, special effects, and editing we
need to do on your material. We can do either fully custom made
without restrictions on revisions, or we can do flat rate with
restricted revisions.
Here
are some example of flat rate website design fees:
- Simple website: $750.00 and up
Perfect for start up or other businesses that
need to have a web brochure/ existence on the internet. Flat rate with
3 rounds of revisions, including
simple flash header of designer choice, up to 6 pages.

Perfect for start up or other businesses that
need to have an online store on the internet. We will use Paypal shopping
cart that can accept all major credit card, echeck and Paypal.
Flat rate with 3 rounds of revisions, including simple flash header of designer choice, up to 6 pages
and 10 items to be displayed.
E-commerce
website: $2000 with in house
shopping cart and admin menu that enable the store owner to
add or edit the selling items.
- Web maintenance and updating services are
$30/ hour with a minimum of $90
PRINT
DESIGN FEES:
The price for your project depends
on various factors, like the amount of pictures, pages, texts,
tables, and editing we need to do on your material. We can do
either fully custom made without restrictions on revisions,
or we can do flat rate with restricted rounds of revisions.

Logo Design: $280.00 (we will come up with a minimum of 3 options, 3 rounds of revisions included)
- Catalogs/ Brochures/ Flyers: $200.00 (full color, up to 8.5" x 11", singlesided, add $50 for double sided, 3 rounds of revisions are included)
- Postcards:
$150 (full color, up to 5" x 7",
single sided, add $30 for double sided, 2 rounds of revisions are included)
- Business cards: $150 (single sided, add $20 for double
sided, 2 rounds of revisions are included, add $10/ file for each extra person)
- Stationery:
$180 (letterhead and envelope, 2 rounds of revisions are included)
- CD Sleeves (CD covers): $275, (3 rounds of revisions are included)
- Posters: $250 full color, up to 11" x17", 2 rounds of revisions are included)
- Marketing
packages : discounted packages consist
of Logo, Business Card, Brochure,
Postcard and Stationery Design. Click

- Event Tickets: $125 full color, 2 sides, 1 round of revision included)
- All other services such as image creation, manipulation, resizing,
optimization, etc. will cost $30/ hour.
An
hourly fees of $30/ hour or a $40 per revision may be added
to the base price after the included rounds of revisions have been made,
with client permission before the extra revisions made.
Typesetting is included as long as customer provides an
electronic file and no further typesetting needs to be made.
Text changes qualify as revisions.
CUSTOM
DESIGN FEES and TUTORIAL FEES:
- Web design, graphic design and digital photography services
fees are $30.00/hour, with exact estimate on how many hours will
be needed to finish the project.
- Database related project fees are $50/ hour.
- We are offering tutorial services for clients that need help on how to maintain their own website,
or need to know how to design, manipulate pictures using
Photoshop and Dreamweaver in general, the charge will be
$200 for up to 2 hours of tutorial, and $60/ hour afterwards.
PAYMENT
TERMS:
Payment
terms are generally 50/50, meaning that we require 50% down
payment prior to development and 50% upon completion. However,
we do offer custom terms for some projects bigger than $1,000.00
ORIGINAL FILES:
All native files and original scripts
(Photoshop in layers, Illustrator Flash or Swish if any) can be provided with additional
charges.
DESIGN PROCESS IN GENERAL:

Using the flat fee rate, project starts with gathering information
about the design project.

Design review will be posted online within 1-4 working days after project started, depends on how extensive the project is.
- Client will send feedback after reviewing the design work.
- We will then revise the design based on client feedback. The amount of Rounds of revisions depend on the project, for example: Logo, web design, brochure design project will include 3 rounds of revisions to finalize the design, others will be specified on the quote.
- For particular clients that need extra rounds of revisions, there will be extra charge based on hourly basis with client permission first before we continue the work.

Custom design using hourly rate, will have no restrictions on rounds of revisions.
